The ongoing expansion of Winchburgh will be progressed through submission of development applications to West Lothian Council and others for delivery of new housing, commercial, leisure and education uses, open space and infrastructure.
Winchburgh will be an ongoing development project spanning between 15 and 20 years and provides a gross added value to the economy in excess of £1 billion unlocking further exciting investment opportunities for those seeking to benefit from the growing population and the convenient location.
The new M9 junction will open up 35 acres of prime commercial land, suitable for retail or business use, connected directly to the Central Belt’s motorway network.
A number of major housebuilders have already been attracted to Winchburgh, and with funding fully secured through the joint venture with West Coast Capital and CALA Homes the next phase of building can now begin.
